Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026. GET UP is run by Tina Curry (writing as Tupou), a sole trader in Christchurch, New Zealand.

What we collect: your name, email, loss date (if you give it), what you write in My Thoughts, and any prayer requests.
Why: only to run the app and look after your account. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your journal is private. We never share it, and only access it to fix a technical problem or if the law requires it.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Your choices: download your journal or delete your account any time in Settings. You can also ask to see or correct your information under the Privacy Act 2020.
