• A companion, not counselling: GET UP is not counselling or medical advice. If you’re struggling, call or text 1737 (free, any time). In an emergency, call 111.
• Your subscription: 7 days free, then NZ$9.99 a month or NZ$59.99 a year, renewing automatically. Cancel any time in Settings and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Cancel during the free days and you won’t be charged.
• Our content is © 2026 Tupou, for your personal use only. What you write is yours.
• New Zealand law applies, and nothing here limits your consumer rights.
